Heliconia implements Odoo for the administrative core of an education organisation (leads and admissions in CRM, student and member records, courses and events, fees and accounting, HR and payroll, eLearning and the website) and builds the portals and mobile apps students, members and staff actually use on top of it, in the languages they speak.
Education runs on a lifecycle: an enquiry becomes an applicant, an applicant a student or member, a student takes courses, pays fees, communicates with staff and peers, and completes with a certificate, then often returns for the next programme. Systems that only manage one stage force the rest into spreadsheets and email. We model the whole lifecycle in Odoo and put a modern experience in front of it.
Our deepest education evidence is a professional association platform: Freiburger Bund’s continuing-education modules, career portal, protocols and community forums for physicians, served from Odoo 18 Enterprise to a Next.js portal and React Native apps in German, English, French and Arabic. The same architecture serves a school, an academy or a training company.
