What it means
Staff augmentation is adding Heliconia engineers, consultants or designers to your own team for as long as you need them: you direct the work, we supply and support the people. It differs from outsourcing a project: the specialists work inside your process, your tools and your priorities, and can be scaled as the roadmap changes.
It's the model behind our longest engagements. ERP Happy, an Odoo implementation partner, runs a dedicated Heliconia team as an extension of its own engineering department across several client projects. Opsio and Freiburger Bund have had Heliconia developers embedded for well over a year each.
What we don't do is drop a CV on you and disappear. Every augmented specialist has a Heliconia lead behind them for escalation, review and cover.
