The Sierra Leone Association of NGOs replaced paper registration with a self-service portal: online applications with document upload, an Admin → Finance → Director → Chairman approval chain, payment tracking and verification, role-based access, automated notifications, dashboards and reporting, and Chatter-based audit history, on Odoo 19 Community.
FinTech: digital payments & remittance
A financial-services platform for overseas Filipino workers (contributions, bills, mobile load, instalment shopping) where a Heliconia team of Odoo, Flutter and Next.js developers ships payment, agent, employer, commission and reporting features while keeping live transactions running.

No. Each has its own workflow, challenges, capability matrix and evidence: a foundry’s heat-to-part traceability isn't a retailer’s omnichannel stock problem, and the pages are written accordingly.

It depends on the workflow, not the industry: a foundry runs on Community with custom quality and certificates. A food manufacturer on Enterprise with Shopify integration. We recommend per case.
