Opsio needed Odoo 18 Enterprise to run the whole business (accounting, HR, projects, timesheets, subscriptions, helpdesk, CRM) plus recurring service management, project and timesheet profitability, payroll automation, banking integration, customer portals and management dashboards. Existing custom modules from earlier Odoo versions had to survive the move to 18.

The solution
We implemented Odoo 18 Enterprise across every function, migrated the legacy custom modules to 18, and built what a recurring-services business needs on top: project and purchase-order recurrence, contract and subscription management, cash-flow forecast and working-capital reports, project and timesheet profitability, automated timesheet locking and rounding, payroll and overtime automation, helpdesk email workflows, customer and support portals, and operational dashboards. Swedbank and Outlook IMAP are integrated. Odoo Sign handles agreements.
