Customer orders, drying operations, inventory and invoicing were managed on paper and in Excel: data-entry errors, weak batch tracking, no visibility into the drying process, poor tray utilisation and slow invoicing.

The solution

Implemented Odoo with custom modules for the food-drying workflow: intake, automatic batch management, primary and final packaging, batch and material reports, label templates and ZPL printing straight from Odoo via QZ Tray, customised sales, product and customer views, Docker deployment utilities and automated backups, plus documentation, training and demo videos.
