The solution
Migrated all custom modules to Odoo 18 Enterprise, upgraded payment and website-validation modules, enhanced POS workflows (barcode scanner, quantity management, discount validation, cashier operations), customised barcode and ZPL label printing, built an API for daily POS sales synchronisation, improved manufacturing cost calculation, redesigned customer invoices and integrated WhatsApp, with staging deployments and production support throughout.
