The solution

Built a registration management system on Odoo 19 Community: a responsive applicant portal with secure registration, login and password recovery, dynamic validated forms and document management. A multi-stage approval workflow with role-based permissions. Payment tracking and verification. Automated email notifications. Kanban and list dashboards with filters, search and reporting. Application tracking, messaging and activity management. And full user documentation for portal users and administrators.
